Industrial Electrician - Up to $62.50 per hour!Industrial Electrician - Night Shift | Up to $62.50/hr + OT | Ingleburn NSWWe are seeking an experienced and self-driven Industrial Electrician to join our team at our Ingleburn facility. This is a full-time role in a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on blow molding operations. The successful candidate will initially train on day shift before transitioning to a permanent night shift.Details:Location: Ingleburn, NSWTraining: Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) for the first few weeksPermanent Shift: Night Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday)Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr base + 25% shift loading + 30% night loading (up to $62.50/hr)Overtime: Available and encouragedStart: ImmediateRequirements:Valid Electrical Supervisor or Contractor LicenseProven experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, preferably with blow molding equipmentStrong skills in electrical fault finding and PLC troubleshootingAbility to work autonomously during night shiftsSupervisory or leadership experience is highly desirableResponsibilities:Perform electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis on machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot PLCs and control systems to minimize downtimeOur Commitment:Programmed and PERSOLKELLY promote a workplace culture of zero harm and encourage diversity, inclusion, and equality.
