We have built a diverse and inclusive workplace where our people can bring their differences to support delivering results together.The Process Technician General Earthworks / Utilities positions support the operation through maintaining a high standard of housekeeping across all areas of the process plant. As part of the Utilities team, you will be assisting with general spillage clean up and hosing down areas of the processing plant and assisting with general process technician duties. The roles also support with maintaining unsealed roads, carparks, laydown areas, stockpiles and tip heads through operating a variety of mobile equipment.Key AccountabilitiesDemonstrate awareness of safety and environmental practices throughout all areas of Newmont Boddington GoldConsistently behave in a safe manner that prevents injury to oneself and to others.Ensure compliance with all procedures and reporting of unsafe/hazardous conditions to supervisors.Actively participate in all safety and environmental meetings and audits, risk assessments and Toolbox meetings.Complete pre-starts to ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard and defective equipment is repaired.Ensure equipment integrity is not compromised by maintaining high standards of housekeeping.Inspect and audit work areas and practices for compliance with site standards, procedures and policies.Maintain 100% completion of all mandatory training competencies.Participate in the continued development of training manuals and relevant documentation.Encourage and support workplace diversity and inclusion.Join us and unearth your potential in a global company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of the mining industry.About YouWe are seeking applications from individuals with experience in the operation of mobile equipment such as Graders, Articulated Moxy Trucks, Water Carts, Bobcats, IT Loaders.
