We truly care about making our team feel part of something bigger by sharing a single purpose making it easier for homebuyers and sellers to realize their real estate dreams.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic, administrative assistant to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Glenview office at 2731 Pfingsten Road, Glenview IL 60026.This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 9am-5pm (not a remote position).Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information.Maintain paperless files with dot loop for all transactions through close.Obtain missing information as required and follow through with all partiesCompile packets, recruiting, listing, buyer and rental, and maintain online file flow and marketing materialsAnswer phones.Open and distribute daily courier items.Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance, opening and closing.Pull reports as directed by sales manager, staff and agentsProcess and monitor marketing agreements from inception to close.Process buyer rep agreements.Data entry.IT/Tech supportResponsible for offices social media presenceRequirements:Real estate knowledge is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task & prioritizeStrong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft OfficeSocial media savvy (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)Responsible for Offices Social media presenceAssist Agents as needed with social media questionsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and with a teamProfessional appearanceProactiveSkills & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous real estate experience preferredAdministrative assistant experience preferred.Salary Range$40,000-$45,000Medical, dental, vision, PTO, VTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
