Own Car mandatory.Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.Confidence to work independently.A caring and compassionate nature with the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.Your Responsibilities:Domestic Assistance: Provide light housekeeping duties including cleaning, meal preparation, ironing and laundry.Personal Care: Provide personal care including assistance with dressing, grooming, showering, bathing, toileting, nutrition and eating.Transport and Mobility: Facilitate community access, recreational, shopping, errands, attending appointments and leisure options by transporting by vehicle.Provide companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.Ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.What We Offer:Competitive pay $33.00 per hour + Super paid fortnightly.Travel Reimbursement of $0.99c per/km between all client services.Increased earning potential with Salary Packaging benefits including Meal & Entertainment allowance.Your very own work mobile phone provided by us.Work-life balance and flexible hours that suit your schedule.Robust onboarding program paid induction and buddy shifts for new starters.Be rewarded and recognised through our Support Worker of the Month program.Opportunities for professional development & career progression we offer further training in Certificate III in Individual Support.Dedicated team of Coordinators our coordinators are experienced, former Support Workers with a wealth of industry knowledge; committed to providing a supportive, friendly, and approachable environment.Opportunity to spend time with older people, create meaningful connections and make a positive impact in their lives.We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
