Thrive with us through career growth and development opportunities.About The RoleAs a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM, you will support participants in transforming their lives by working closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This role is dynamic, inclusive, and rewarding, requiring collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure employment opportunities with local employersSupport participants to develop skills and become job-readyDeliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirementsEnhance employability through training and support referralsDevelop personalized job plans for employment pathwaysBuild and maintain relationships with employers and community groupsCandidate SuitabilityWe seek driven, solution-focused individuals with empathy and compassion for those with disabilities, injuries, or barriers to employment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a can-do attitude are essential. Experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is advantageous.
