Working collaboratively, the team provides tailored assistance through a range of housing programs and domestic and family violence responses, designed to empower clients and improve long-term outcomes.About the roleWe are looking for a Team Leader, Housing Support Programs, to lead the delivery of homelessness programs, ensuring best practice, contract compliance, and effective project implementation.In this role you will:Lead evidence-based program delivery with a focus on quality and improvementManage team performance, workflows, and reporting complianceOversee budgets and meet funding obligationsBuild partnerships to enhance services during sector reformSupport internal transitions and mentor staff to build capabilityAboutYouOur ideal candidate will have:Proven leadership and program delivery experience in community sectorsStrong knowledge of homelessness and domestic violence frameworksExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsPassionate advocate for womens rights and social changeDont meet every single requirement?
