Aperitivo hour or celebrate a special occasion, the magic happens inside this venue.A few of your responsibilities:Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely mannerMaintain an in-depth knowledge of the venues menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methodsAnticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendationsCommunicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchenCollaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless serviceAssist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining areaWhat we are looking for:Experience working in a high end restaurant with ability to articulate flavour profiles and recommend beverage pairingsPassion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experienceExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsFlexible availability to meet venue operating hoursCurrent NSW RSAcard (or interim certificate)About you:As an expert in Food & Beverage, you understand the essence of delivering a world-class service.
