Senior Child / Student Protection and Workplace Complaint InvestigatorAshdale Workplace Solutions is a highly innovative provider of workplace services, including investigations (misconduct, bullying, sexual harassment, child protection), organisational reviews, training, and conflict resolution.We have an opportunity for an experienced child/student protection investigation professional who may be seeking interesting and diverse investigation work around their personal and home-life. Most of our team prefer to work from home, and we are happy to support them. Our clients often choose TEAMS for interviews, so remote work from home locations is definitely an option, although some travel may be required from time to time.We are seeking a professional investigator with a proven track record in child/student protection investigations, preferably with previous law enforcement experience and recent industry experience in child care or education compliance. Applicants must have the proven ability to gather and analyze information, report findings logically, and make clear and concise recommendations. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a lateral thinker and possess highly developed interpersonal skills. Exceptional report writing skills are essential and must be at a level suitable for presentation to senior management.Our Investigators also handle workplace conflict and serious complaints of bullying, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and other negative workplace behaviors. You will be responsible for managing each stage of the complaint cycle, from providing early management advice to conducting thorough assessments, investigations, and conflict resolution measures.Successful applicants will also need to possess (or be able to quickly obtain):An investigation licence under theSecurity Providers Act 1993or the ability to obtain one;A current driver''s licence.Tertiary qualifications, knowledge of student and child protection legislation, and compliance would be advantageous.We offer highly competitive remuneration and very flexible working arrangements, especially for those with family commitments and/or operating from remote locations.
