Role OverviewThis is a NOC environment that will suit a Network Administrator with enterprise experience. You will work a 37.5 hour 3-day week which includes the weekend.You must be able to work Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.ResponsibilitiesAs part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC) team, provide Tier Two NOC support. Primary responsibilities include administering, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting our clients computer networks. This also includes large scale network installations, special projects and platforms.Participates in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends.
