This is your chance to work in a growing practice that values the contributions of every team member and fosters a collaborative work culture.About the RoleAs our clinic Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing top-notch customer service and administrative support to our healthcare team. Youll play an integral part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, helping us maintain a positive and professional environment for both patients and staff. If you enjoy being the go-to person for keeping things on track, and take pride in creating a professional front desk experience, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesWarmly welcome and assist patients, carers, and visitors to the clinic.Manage phone calls, emails, and text message communications with professionalism.Schedule and confirm patient appointments; coordinate with healthcare practitioners and external providers.Process payments, invoices, and manage clinic communication, including medical correspondence.Maintain accurate patient records, handle data entry, and manage diary systems.Support healthcare professionals and assist with patient enquiries.Ensure the reception area and clinic rooms are kept clean and organised.Collaborate with the team to manage the clinics daily operations.Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and billing.About YouTo be successful in this role, you have the following:Reception, administration or customer service experienceYou possess exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.Youre an excellent communicator with a professional and personable phone manner.You are flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.Youre confident using technology, Microsoft Office and managing cloud-based systems.
