Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Production Worker with Electrical Experience to join our client based in Ingleburn. Our client is a global leader in energy management and automation, operating in over 100 countries, specializing in circuit breakers, switches, and switch gears. About the Role: AM shift: 5:00AM to 1:06PM, Pay rate: $32.31 per hour PM shift: 1:30PM to 9:36PM, Pay rate: $37.16 per hour Responsibilities: Assembling, wiring, and adapting various circuit breakers and components Following customer-specific schematics during assembly Testing and troubleshooting assembled products Using tools such as grinders, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pneumatic power tools, and multi-meters Picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching products Ensuring compliance with WHS and safety protocols Operating and maintaining material handling equipment like electrical lifters, pallet jacks, and trolleys Key Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a production worker with electrical skills Assembly experience in manufacturing Proficiency with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and multi-meters Wiring experience Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid drivers license and reliable transport Willingness to work full-time hours and overtime Additional Conditions: Must pass a Criminal History Check/Police Check with No Disclosable Outcomes and a Drug and Alcohol test.
