The successful candidate will be teaching into the Undergraduate and Postgraduate psychology programs.About the PersonThe successful candidate must be student focused and possess a strong teaching record in Psychology along with evidence of experience in contemporary teaching methods such as active learning, small group learning, web-based learning and technology enhanced learning.Possession of a Masters or PhD in Psychology is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to contribute to the multi-discipline environment on offer in the Faculty of Society and Design.Selection CriteriaMasters or PhD in Psychology.A strong teaching record in Psychology along with evidence of experience in contemporary teaching methods.Contribution to program and curriculum development and revisions.Contribution to University service, such as promotion and marketing activities, short courses, seminars.Potential to supervise high quality honours research projects.Work within university and faculty policy and procedures, as amended from time to time.Demonstrate adherence to workplace health and safety regulations and demonstrate respect for people of diverse backgrounds.Salary detailsThe salary for the position commences at $108,052.53 per annum plus 12% superannuation per annum.
