Key Responsibilities: Assist the Coordinator in daily operations, including program planning, staff rostering, supervision, and administrative tasks such as fee collection. Help deliver a high-quality, inclusive, educational program. Provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children. Collaborate with the team to ensure positive outcomes for children and families. Participate in professional development. Act as Responsible Person on site when the coordinator is absent. Promote the service within the local community in line with Centacare Child Care Services vision, mission, and values. Job Requirements: AnACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework, and relevant laws/regulations. Experience in the education and care of children.
