We''re a commercially minded group that partners closely with marketing, Partnerships and onboarding teams to turn interest into activation fast.Were obsessed with understanding what drives business decision-making, and we use those insights to convert quality leads, spot patterns in the funnel, and drive scalable improvements. This team plays a critical role in fuelling Airwallexs growth by turning curiosity into conversion and building repeatable systems that deliver real impact.What Youll DoWere looking for a high-performing, strategic thinker to join our SME & Growth team as an Inbound Sales Representative. This role goes beyond traditional sales we want someone with strong sales skills, but also eager to analyse the funnel, identify inefficiencies, and drive scalable improvements.You will own the end-to-end journey for inbound leads qualifying, converting, and activating business customers. Youll also work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize the sales and onboarding funnel using data and insights.This is an opportunity for someone whos motivated by impact, confident working towards clear goals, and eager to contribute both tactically and strategically in a high-growth and fast-paced fintech environment.ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet and exceed KPIs by driving value through every stage of the sales processManage the full inbound sales cycle from qualification through to conversion advancing opportunities efficientlyQuickly learn and adapt to new products, tools, and processes to maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environmentTake ownership of your pipeline and work independently to resolve challenges and drive resultsUse curiosity and commercial insight to understand customer needs and align solutions that deliver impactAnalyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion ratesLeverage CRM platforms and sales metrics to track progress, prioritize efforts, and make informed decisionsMaintain high attention to detail and strong organizational discipline to effectively handle a high-volume inbound funnelWho You AreYou have a proven track record of consistently hitting goals and delivering value in complex situationsYou understand the full sales process from qualification through to conversion and know how to move opportunities forwardYoure a fast, self-directed learner comfortable navigating new products, systems, and problemsYou thrive in environments where youre trusted to figure things out and drive outcomes autonomouslyYoure curious and commercially minded eager to understand customer needs and connect them to real solutionsYou think strategically about the funnel identifying where deals get stuck and how to improve conversionYoure confident working with data, sales metrics, and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to inform decisionsYou bring strong attention to detail and strong organisational habits to manage high volume inbound funnelMinimum Qualifications1-2+ years track record of success in salesYou have a strong interest in and understanding of technology and/or financial servicesExperience in being a self-starter who can operate effectively in a hyper-growth environmentBachelors degree or equivalentEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
