You will also have the opportunity to progress from an Audiology Assistant into a Clinic Manager through our comprehensive training program. The role is Part Time with flexible hours, with a requirement of approx 25hours per week across 5 days per week, with working hours of 9am to 2pm.Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting positive relationshipsPerform hearing screening and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)Schedule appointments through the Simply Hearing systemLiaise with store partners and ensure smooth flow of daily clinic operationsTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following;Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of othersPrevious experience in a fast-paced retail/customer service environmentPrevious experience in Audiology, allied health preferred but not essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy towards othersStrong computer literacy and highly adept in Bluetooth and troubleshooting technologyCommitted towards continuous learning and development.Full Audiology training provided!About SpecsaversSince entering the Audiology market in 2017, Specsavers has been committed towards delivering innovative and compassionate care to our community.
