We place strong emphasis on employee development, recognising that investing in our people is essential to sustaining a high-performing, values-aligned organisation.The Role:We are currently seeking a positive individual whose expertise and passion is improvingsafety, quality, and environmentalpractices within the Commercial Construction Industry.The role is a Victorian state-based position that requires travel throughout Melbourne, Geelong, Warrnambool and Central Victorian regions.Being part of a team of professionals, you will establish and maintain close working relationships with Senior Management, Project Managers, and Site Managers. You will also be involved in educating our people in safe ways of work to galvanise our safety culture.
