Key Responsibilities Supervise site maintenance personnel daily, including apprentices and sub-contractors, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ensure optimal use of plant and equipment to minimize downtime. Plan and execute unscheduled work due to breakdowns or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent. Complete all work according to MACA quality and safety standards. Use monitoring tools like KPIs to improve maintenance processes. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Minimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar role. Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification or similar. Statutory Declaration Training Supervisor Schedule 26. Knowledge of mobile plant and equipment performance and best practices. Current drivers license; HR license is desirable. Experience maintaining surface mining earth-moving equipment.
