We are seeking an ambitious individual who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results to join our team. Youll support the achievement of Pricelines vision and purpose by assisting the team at Carindale to achieve the stores financial and customer experience targets and promote Priceline as the destination for Health and Beauty. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Help inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customer, every timeMake our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting and product focused environmentBe responsible for maximising sales and controlling store expenses including wages and shrinkage through a strong understanding of financial reports, ensuring profitable store operationsLead by example and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of loss prevention, and health & safetyDemonstrate a flair for executing marketing campaigns and a commitment to growing our customer loyalty program, SisterClubProvide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvementWhat youll bringYour passion for beauty, health and wellbeing coupled with your ability to provide exceptional leadership will see you excel in this role.
