Add expected salary to your profile for insightsLeading Hand - Mobile CrushingMelbourneLima South Quarry is a family owned and operated business employing a flexible team of people to produce and deliver high quality crushed rock & crushing and screening services to our customers.We invite applications for a Leading Hand for our mobile crushing and screening business which is rapidly expanding.Duties & responsibilities Ensure site safety rules are being followed Lead a team of operators to meet production schedules Set up and run mobile crushing and screening plant Operate on customer''s sites, manage onsite crew Report to head office on production schedules and targets Facilitate daily pre-start meetings Operate loader/excavator as part of crushing team Supervision and support to operators and sub-contracts to ensure that all activities are undertaken in a safe and efficient manner Liaise daily with the Production Supervisor Carry out minor repairs and maintenance work to plant & equipment Prepared to work away from home if necessary and various locations throughout Victoria depending on customer requirementsExperience & QualificationsThe ideal candidate must possess the following: Ability to lead a team to achieve production targets and manage competing priorities in a high volume work environment.
