We are an experienced team, complemented by a modern operational and scalable infrastructure.We aim to provide customers with access to the strongest underwriting capital available, collaborating with brokers and their clients to create dynamic risk solutions.Eclipse has offices in Sydney and Melbourne and deals with brokers and clients from all over Australia.You will be responsible for Evaluating risks and preparing negotiations for new business opportunities in line with risk appetite as well as preparation of renewals Supporting with endorsements, calculations of premiums and other terms and conditions Establish sound business relationships with Eclipses business partners including intermediaries and clients Assisting with the monitoring of outstanding quotations, pending renewals and credit control Demonstrating exceptional customer service and decision making Analyse portfolio performance metrics and contribute to product development Support senior underwriters with referralsTo be considered and successful for this role you must demonstrate Previous insurance experience ideally 3-5 years in Broking, Liability or Commercial lines Full understanding of the insurance industry and how the client/broker/insurer relationships operate. Ability to communicate confidently, with impact and influence with clients/brokers Accuracy and attention to detail with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to interpret complex information, review submissions and support Underwriters within team Willingness to grow your personal skills and enhance your insurance knowledgeWhat''s on offer?
