OHS&E and Integrated Management Systems LeaderAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Swan Group of Companies as the Integrated Management Systems and OHS&E Manager. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company''s integrated management system, (MANGO) with a strong focus on health, safety and environmental compliance. This full-time role is based in our Osborne Park office in Western AustraliaWhat you''ll be doingOversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company''s integrated management systems, including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety (OHS&E) programsEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standardsLead the identification, assessment and mitigation of OHS&E risks across the businessTravelling to regional bases for audits, Drug and Alcohol testingTraining our Supervisor in reporting and implementing our MANGO systemProvide expert advice and support to project teams to ensure safe work practices are followedInvestigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventative actionsCollaborate with senior management to set and monitor OHS&E targets and key performance indicatorsRepresent the company in external audits and regulatory inspectionsWhat we''re looking forTertiary qualifications in OHS, environmental management or a related fieldSubstantial experience in a similar management systems and OHS&E role, preferably within the construction industryProven expertise in developing and implementing integrated management systems to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standardsExcellent knowledge of relevant OHS&E legislation, regulations and industry codes of practiceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address systemic issuesExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh leavel leadership style with the ability to coach and mentor othersWhat we offerAt STM, SSI and SSC, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
