The Role: Process WorkerAs a Process Worker, youll be hands-on in the production linesometimes solo, sometimes with a great team beside you. Youll be making sure everything meets quality standards (yep, were TGA-approved) and gets done on time.Weve got weekday shifts from 7:30am to 4pm at our Mt Druitt site in Western Sydney. And with our services growing, theres also a chance to pick up some extra hours with overtime pay What Youll Be DoingKeeping up with production targetsReading and following instructions from your Team LeaderMaking sure the clean room setup runs smoothlyno hiccups, no holdupsFlagging any materials or products that dont meet the mark About YouYouve got packaging experience under your belt and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Youre detail-oriented, great with time management, and safety-conscious. If youve worked with people with disability before, awesome! If not, having a genuine understanding and respect is key.
