This rebranding maximizes growth opportunities, including new awards, events, venues, services, and memberships, while minimizing investments in creating new brands and logos, allowing us to focus on innovation and program development.Job DescriptionReporting to the Chief Steward and Melbourne Royal Competition Team, managing half of the judging panels and steward pouring team for the Melbourne Royal Wine Awards.Responsibilities include:Manage the delivery of wine samples to judges according to the competition timetable and tasting ordersCoordinate with the back of house manager and Head Judge for timely and accurate wine sample deliveryManage a team of assistant stewards and volunteers, ensuring adherence to Workplace Safety standardsMaintain the front of house in a presentable mannerCollaborate with the Manager, Food & Beverage Awards to facilitate the judging process #J-18808-Ljbffr
