This position offers the option for workshop-only work, and we are open to training motivated and eager candidates who have a passion for customer service, a good understanding of parts and components, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering inquiries, and offering technical advice when needed.Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical information related to the parts you deal with.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.Work closely with other team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.About YouKnowledge or a passion for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and components.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.Valid Drivers Licence.Valid working rights in Australia.About UsEstablished in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 630 people across SA, VIC, QLD, NSW, and NT.
