Youll oversee a dedicate team providing in-home support to NDIS and ageing clients across Melbournes North and Northwest.Youll also play a key role in Homewells future - helping us grow while staying true to our local roots and community-centred approach.As the senior operational leader, youll build on a strong foundation to accelerate growth, performance, and innovation across all aspects of client care. Youll empower our teams, contribute to commercial strategy, and position Homewell as both the provider and employer of choice in our sector.Responsibilities IncludeLeading and developing a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences and outcomesCollaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and employee engagementDriving growth in service hours, client retention, and team capacityOverseeing intake, onboarding, client feedback and incident resolution processesManaging commercial performance and operational excellence, including compliance, WHS, and quality standardsEngaging with external stakeholders to strengthen our connection with the communityChampioning a culture of learning, safety, accountability, and joyIdentifying and executing initiatives to expand our clinical and complex service offeringsAbout YouYoure a purpose-driven leader who thrives on building and empowering teams to do their best work.
