This role involves leading and motivating a team of up to 10 employees in the disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of large engines, ensuring all work meets the highest standards. You will promote a strong safety culture, support team training, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude while working hands-on in a high-volume environment.Department Overview: The Engines Department specialises in rebuilding and maintaining engine components, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
