This role is critical to the delivery a key Utilities infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. We offer excellent employee benefits and pathways for further growth.In this role you''ll be responsible for:Assisting in developing processes, implementing, and monitoring programs to provide a safe working environment for all site-based personnelConducting health and safety audits and inspectionsAssist in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimise workplace injuriesAssisting in facilitating and coordinating relevant safety meetings for project team members and stakeholdersAssisting in incident investigations to determine causes and mitigating and preventative measuresSupport managers and supervision in activities towards a positive health and safety cultureProviding assistance in regards to HSE administration duties.How you''ll connect to the role:Relevant Qualification in Health and SafetyRelevant work experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded but not a mustProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and ExcelCurrent First Aid certificateConstruction White CardHave a current driver''s license and prepared to travel to site locations when requiredAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan''s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
