Our client is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in delivering quality training and assessment in the fields of Civil Construction Plant Operations, Agriculture, High-Risk and Heavy Vehicle licencing.With training centres in Bundalong, Wangaratta and Barmah in Northeast Victoria this is a thriving and hardworking team, you want to be a part of!Key DetailsWorkdays:Monday Friday (Part Time Optional)Working Hours:Flexible (Office Hours - 8:30am 4:30pm)Location:Wangaratta & BundalongKey ResponsibilitiesDrive excellence by designing and refining policies, procedures, and bold continuous improvement strategies.Keep Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and staff competency matrices sharp, current, and impactful.Manage student records with care and accuracy, ensuring compliance at every step.Empower your colleagues through engaging training and hands-on support in all things compliance.Be the go-to connection for auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders building trust and credibility.Oversee validation and moderation processes that keep standards high and outcomes exceptional.Stay ahead of the curve by keeping on top of RTO legislation and compliance changes.About youComprehensive knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and national regulatory frameworks.Experience with student management systems and reporting platforms (e.g., VETtrak, JobReady, AVETMISS, CloudAssess).Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Minimum)Relevant qualifications Compliance or Auditing (desirable)If youre an experienced Compliance Manager looking for your next step, dont miss the chance to make an impact in an exciting and hard-working team!Apply NOW by uploading your resume and cover letter.
