BYRON BAY MOTEL MANAGEMENT COUPLE/TEAM REQUIRED$100,000 per year each including super + bonusesLive-in management couple or 2-person team required to manage a 20-room apartment complex in beautiful Byron Bay. Managers will be required to live onsite in a 2-bedroom managers residence adjoining the reception. An accommodation deduction of $238 per manager per week is applicable in accordance with the award to avoid fringe benefits tax; this has been fully compensated for in your attractive salary (Includes water, electricity, gas & WiFi).All job applications and enquiries are to be submitted via Seek only. Daytime working hours shared equally by the management team are negotiable, but the advertised salary is based on a combination of 5 full days in reception and 5 half days of housekeeping & maintenance (Fri-Tue), worked between the 2-person team per week.
