Youll work closely with the Project Manager and maintenance team, driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance and culture through proactive advice, coaching, and hands-on support.Key Responsibilities: Coach managers and support safety systems and processes. Monitor, report, and track safety and training performance and compliance. Lead investigations and manage corrective actions. Conduct audits, inspections, and injury management. Deliver and maintain training, assessments, and safety documentation.
