We support both field based and corporate employees, fostering a strong safety culture and a holistic approach to wellbeing across the entire organisation.About the RoleJoin a forward-thinking local government organisation committed to creating a safe and supportive workplace culture. As the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Councils health, safety, and wellbeing practices. Working as part of the People & Performance team, youll provide practical and timely advice, assist with incident investigations, support the coordination of WHS initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards.
