We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to a small group of Senior Leaders within a well-established organisation operating in the energy and industrial solutions sector.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, managing competing priorities, and building strong professional relationships. Initially offered as a temporary opportunity, this role has strong potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Provide proactive, confidential administrative support to three members of the Senior Leadership TeamManage multiple executive calendars, prioritising tasks and appointments to maximise efficiencyCoordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, room bookings and follow-up actionsOrganise high-quality internal and external events and functionsAssist with monthly board and executive reporting, working closely with the CEO and CFOLiaise with stakeholders including senior internal leaders and external partnersManage travel bookings, itineraries, and corporate credit card reconciliationsDelegate tasks and manage workflows on behalf of executives with sound judgementMaintain effective internal communications and reporting for the leadership teamWhat Were Looking For:Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders in a corporate settingAdvanced MS Office skills and excellent written/verbal communicationDemonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential mattersStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectivelyAbility to work autonomously and use initiative to problem-solve and prioritiseThe Offer:Full-time temporary position (38 hours per week) with flexibility to work from home once established in the roleOpportunity to work in a respected industry leader supporting meaningful and high-impact projectsView to permanency for the right candidateIf you''re ready to step into a pivotal support role and contribute to the success of a high-performing executive team, wed love to hear from you.How to applyTo learn more about key responsibilities, company culture and associated benefits of this opportunity, please contact Natalie Doolan today on 02 4927 2035 or natalied@peoplefusion.com.au for a confidential discussion.
