You will first understand the Advertisers goal and identify the Advertisers business objective to offer them products/solutions that help them achieve their goals. You have a great personality and are skilled in Outbound Sales & eloquent in English/Native Language to establish a consultative relationship with Advertisers, so that they are receptive to your recommendations. This is a revenue-focused role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goals. Improve the clients experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption When applicable, manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue. When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre- and post-sales assistance for all applicable products. Become an expert on all advertising solutions. Ability to identify trends and solve problems. Providing vital product insights & feedback, from their own experience using the products and sharing the feedback from the Advertisers. Champion and produce success stories for Advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive the Advertisers business to success.Recommended qualifications:o Bachelors degree with a total of 3 years of working experience.o At least 1 year of experience in a Digital marketing/online sales organization and B2B sales.o Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systemso Excellent English and (language to support) communication skills: verbal, written, listening skillso Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environmento Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities, as well as communication with clientso Highly motivated and goal-orientedo Takes direction well while also demonstrating proactive behavioro Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independentlyo Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
