XLam Wodonga is seeking a resourceful, autonomous and versatile Logistics Coordinator to join the team in a full-time capacity.XLam is a producer of cross laminated timber and is at the forefront of this exciting new construction technology!XLam pride themselves on their exceptional levels of accuracy in manufacturing cross laminated timber panels. The team work hard to ensure each panel is carefully crafted to avoid defects upon completion, this supports cost reduction and maximises efficiency to uphold the XLam brand.Key DetailsFull time flexible hours (40 Hour week)4 Day week 4 x 10 hour daysBased in Wodonga VictoriaThe RoleStrong knowledge of ERP systems - exposure to Pronto desirableMonitor and manage stock levels and inventory on an organisational levelLiaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to coordinate shipmentsProficient use of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and OutlookLeadership and management of internal team membersThe Successful CandidateExtensive background in Logistics and Supply Chain ManagementKnowledge across a variety of fieldsBroad understanding of warehousing including inwards and outwards goodsHigh attention to detailSystems and process focusedGrowth mindset and room for continuous improvementThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, hardworking team.
