In this role, you will coordinate and conduct routine PTW audits, act as the focal point for all PTW-related activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will track and advise line management on overdue or expired permits, certificates and forms, maintaining all documentation in line with the document retention policy.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides training to ISCT and Tiers 1s ensuring personnel are competentProvides leadership and troubleshooting to ensure efficient execution of the Permit to Work processProvide expertise during Commissioning (Static & Dynamic) and Start-Up of facilitiesMonitor preparation, planning and execution of permit to work activities by EPC ContractorsLiaises and interfaces with Tier 1s, PMT, Start-Up and Operations personnelIdentifies and resolves permit to work issuesEnsure through regular planned audits, that permit processes are being diligently and correctly followed by allField permit processes including lock outs, isolations and gas tests are being followed correctlyPermit holders are compliant with procedures imposed by the permits they holdAbout YouYou bring a degree, diploma, or extensive years of experience in Project Completions and Operations, with strong knowledge of PTW processes during Mechanical Completion, Commissioning and Operations. You understand safety standards, work authorisation and client expectations, and have proven technical skills and sound judgment.
