We are proud of our values of dignity, non-judgement, and genuine care, and we are passionate about supporting our clients and our team on the path to healing.The RoleWe are currently seeking a qualified Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team as a Program Facilitator/ Enrolled Nurse, supporting afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, recovery-oriented setting, and who is passionate about delivering both clinical care and group facilitation in a therapeutic environment.As a Program Facilitator with EN qualifications, you will be an integral part of the therapeutic team, providing clinical support alongside emotional and educational guidance to clients participating in our residential program.This is a casual with potential to turn into a part-time position, with shift options across afternoons, overnights, and weekends.What Youll DoProvide clinical care and monitor the wellbeing of clients, in line with your scope of practice as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled NurseAdminister medications and follow clinical procedures in accordance with AHPRA standardsDeliver psychoeducation modules and group facilitation using mindfulness-based and recovery-oriented frameworksSupport clients in distress using de-escalation, grounding, and trauma-informed approachesParticipate in risk assessments and support behaviour management strategiesMaintain clear and professional clinical documentation and client recordsSupport housekeeping, documentation and handovers during overnight shiftsWork collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and guest services staffAssist in client transition points including admission and discharge processesAccompany clients on therapeutic outings, where appropriateWhat Youll BringDiploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled NurseMinimum 2 years clinical experience, ideally with exposure to mental health, addiction, or residential careExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence in managing clients with complex mental health presentationsCalm, compassionate presence with strong emotional regulation and de-escalation skillsAbility to work autonomously overnight and maintain structured, therapeutic environmentsCurrent First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)Current Police CheckWillingness to undertake site-specific training and certifications provided by Palladium PrivateWhy Join Us?Be part of a purposeful and nurturing team, dedicated to making real changeWork in a serene, nature-rich environment that supports healing and wellbeingAccess to ongoing professional development and trainingFlexible shifts to suit your lifestyleCompetitive remuneration and conditionsA workplace that values your voice, your wellbeing, and your professional growthHow to ApplyPlease submit your up-to-date resume and a short cover letter outlining your interest in the role and your alignment with our mission and values.Palladium Private respects and honours Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and emerging.
