This role will concentrate on driving local sales initiatives for about 8 to 10 new properties a year.You will also develop and implement the strategy for the pre-opening sales plan and processes.Excitingly, this role has the flexibility to be based in any capital city in Australia.In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing tailored revenue strategies for each property in your portfolio, while contributing to broader network-wide initiatives.Partner closely with business leaders and their teams to review performance, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth.Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform smart pricing and distribution decisions.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand-wide revenue goals and strategic initiatives.Supporting capability building by providing training, tools, and guidance that empower local teams to make data-driven decisions.Championing a strong revenue-focused culture across your portfolio and within the wider corporate environment.The ideal candidateWill be a self-motivated, sales focused individual, who has a passion for developing relationships with potential clients and is driven to win.You will demonstrate enthusiasm for selling and networking, strong time management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a friendly, mature approach to your work.A proven track record in sales or account management in an accommodation environment is a must have, as is strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.The opportunityThe role presents a unique opportunity to sell into various new properties, with the luxury of the buoyant corporate accommodation market and the strength of the established Quest brand.The successful candidate must have entitlements to work in Australia and have their own vehicle.
