Were changing at a rapid rate, giving you challenging work that youll be proud of.Join the teamWe have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Graphic Artist to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be responsible for creating and developing accurate digital content and finished artwork assets following brand guidelines and creative briefs for use across all traditional and digital media. You will manage project timelines and obtain relevant stakeholder approvals at each work stage prior to delivery.The ideal candidate will thrive working both independently and in support of a team with diverse background, experience and skills.What Youll Be DoingAs a Digital & Graphic Artist working for Kmart you will:Create and develop both static and animated marketing assets for use across multiple digital channels, including Social Media, Mobile and OnlineEdit and animate video content for online media using Adobe Premiere and After AffectsDesign and develop layouts for email marketing communications (Kmails) utilising FigmaConvert and build the Kmail layouts ready for output within Braze platform utilitsing HTML5 codingCreate and develop print ready artwork for use across multiple channelsAutonomously produce both print and digital media assets for the promotion of individual stores across multiple channels utilising existing templates and style-guideTo be successful in this role youll have:3 years+ experience in a marketing studio or Advertising Agency production environmentExperience in creating artwork and assets for digital and print outputHTML5 coding knowledge and experience with cross channel and email marketing platforms (i.e. Braze)Experience in producing print and digital marketing assets for use across all media typesAdvanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and Animate), Figma, After Affects software packages and the Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication, organisation and high attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDiploma or Degree in Design or Graphic Arts is highly regardedBenefits well offer you:Flexible hybrid working options through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy.A team member discount card that gives you a discount at Kmart, Target Officeworks and BunningsAccess to the Kmart for You benefits program which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health with over 60 suppliers!We offer inclusive parental leave, and ongoing support offered though our partnership with Circle In for team members of all backgrounds and family circumstancesA dynamic learning and support programOpportunity to fast track your career through our Mentor Program as a Mentee or MentorA Kudos recognition program, where you are nominated by your peers to spin a wheel, to win a stack of cool prizesGreat career opportunities across the broader Wesfarmers GroupWe celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate.
