They may be standalone services, delivered within a Front Door service, or as an adjunct to other Stepped Care offerings. The role ensures individuals are at the centre of their own health and wellbeing, leading to improved care and mental health outcomes.Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support and services by improving outcomes for Stepped Care participants.
