More importantly you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:Supported Independent Living (SIL) AssessmentsSensory AssessmentsAssistive Technology (AT) AssessmentsHome Modifications Assessments (including complex)Functional Daily Living Skills AssessmentsEnvironmental Risk AssessmentsSkill building and ongoing therapyThe majority of your clients will be seen in the paediatric clinic in Pakenham however you You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes & schools.Work Life BalanceAt ORS we genuinely believe in the importance of a healthy work life balance & the benefits it can provide. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
