We are pioneers in customer satisfaction and innovation, offering safe, supportive, and rewarding working conditions.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This full-time position involves ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition through quality workmanship.The primary responsibility is to produce accurate and comprehensive quotes for vehicle repairs promptly, utilizing your automotive knowledge and computer skills while interacting with clients and providers.Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will work within our extensive network, with stability and growth opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to clients and work providersAccurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, meeting repair cost targets and following proceduresCompleting onsite, off-site, and online quotesProcessing vehicles upon arrival, including inspections, mapping, and imagingManaging parts to ensure timely and cost-effective repairsCoordinating with suppliers for additional work authorizationSupporting production management when neededEnsuring repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident conditionHandover of repaired vehicles to customersAbout YouProven experience in a similar role, including estimate preparation in the automotive smash repair industryExperience with AudaNet is highly desirableIbody experience is advantageous but not essentialExcellent customer service and rapport-building skillsProfessional and personable demeanorStrong system and computer skills, with Excel being an advantageExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve accuratelyTeam-oriented and committed to safetyReliable, punctual, and hardworkingWe OfferTeam environmentOngoing training and career developmentAccess to the latest tools and equipmentOpportunities to earn competitive salaries based on experienceJunior-Mid level tradespeople: $60,000 - $80,000Mid-Senior level tradespeople: $80,000 - $100,000If you are motivated, hardworking, and seeking a career with an industry leader, please apply online.
