Together, we are a dynamic and rapidly growing company focused on innovation, excellence, drive, and collaboration.The RoleWe are seeking an organised and motivated Garment Technician to join our team. This individual will be capable of delivering accurate garment fit, fabric and quality assessments. Liaising with our Design Administration and Sampling Departments as well as international factories, the successful applicant will have technical understanding of garment construction and patternmaking, a good eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.ResponsibilitiesWhat We Expect:Develop technical packages including specifications, fit comments, pattern correction sketches, grading rules and fabric and trim requirementsConduct technical inspections of sample garments and communicate clear and detailed instructions to manufacturers and other stakeholdersRegular travel to offshore factories for reviewing samples of new collectionsProvide technical knowledge and support during the garment life cycle to ensure garment quality and consumer satisfactionQualificationsWhat We Are Lookingor:Technically skilled in garment construction, grading and fit approvalsAbility to interpret technical specifications and garment patterns.Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholdersComfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative teamWhat We OfferWe look forward to welcoming the successful candidate to our fast-growing global team!
