Join to apply for the Property Services Coordinator role at MAX1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Property Services Coordinator role at MAXThe Property Services Coordinator supports the Facilities and Contracts Manager in coordinating andmanaging day-to-day facilities services across the company''s portfolio, ensuring the effective delivery of maintenance, cleaning, security, and other essential building services. This role includes providing support for site sourcing activities related to leasing and room hires and assisting with site set-ups and closures.The position focuses on maintaining high standards of facility operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and service level agreements.
