The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting network engineers across multiple sites.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesProvide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users across the organisation.Perform basic network patching between switch and wall ports.Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.Connect network consoles under the direction of HSO Network Engineers.Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems.Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment.Rebuild computers according to HSO SCCM or Intune processes.Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using the HSO Ivanti ITSM tool.Work under the direction and guidance of the HSO Site Coordinator Lead.Requirements and ExperienceWork under the direction and guidance of the HSO Site Coordinator Lead.Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3).Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred).Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on-site.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Willingness to travel between sites if required8 weeks engagement with possibility extensionWhy Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
