4Cyte Pathology is an Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory About the role We are seeking experienced Pathology Collectors to service Hervey Bay and surrounding areas. Part-Time and Casual positions are available. Your primary duties will include collecting blood and other specimens from patients, as well as performing 24-hour Blood Pressure and Holter monitoring. Skills and experience Venipuncture experience with vacutainer method is essential Collection of blood and other samples from patients Experience with ABP and Holter monitors is preferred but not essential Processing of Pathology Specimens Ability to work independently and participate in weekend rosters at any of our collection centres Clerical duties and paperwork processing Own vehicle and current drivers license are required Effective communication with team members, referring doctors, and patients Dedication to patient care and service delivery Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Basic computer skills Compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 If you are interested in this position, please click "apply" and submit your cover letter and CV.
