Your understanding of industry-specific compliance, licensing, and workforce management will be critical to your success in this role.About the PositionOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service deliveryImplement and manage the safe execution of security operational plans.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Oversee cost management and operational activities.Manage and motivate operational staff to achieve performance targets.Skilled in building cost-effective, compliant rosters.Be available on an on-call basis (as part of the salaried package) to support operational requirements.Collaborate closely with up line management to implement continuous improvements, operational standards, and training support.Ensure compliance with safety standards.Skills and Experience RequiredEssential - Current QLD Security Providers license level 2Minimum 3 years experience in security or contract management.Risk management and contingency planning skills.Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCalm and responsive under pressure.Additional RequirementsAll applicants must hold a current Security License and be able to provide a current Police Clearance.Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.If this role sounds like you, please click on the apply button and follow the prompts.
