You''ll assess funding applications under the AAF, review reports of misconduct, and handle statutory reports and related matters with efficiency and impact.Location Brisbane, Melbourne and SydneySalary between $61,758 - $73,888 (plus 15.4% Superannuation)PermanentApplications close at 11:59pm AEST 27 July 2025.The teamThe Regulatory Insights and Assessment (RI&A) team handles reports of alleged misconduct, breach notifications, and statutory reports for ASIC. They also assess funding applications, address investment scam websites, issue warnings, and send compliance correspondence. RI&A is part of ASIC''s Intelligence division, alongside other teams such as the Criminal Intelligence Unit and Strategic Planning & Intelligence.The roleAs an Assistant Analyst, you will (summarise the job purpose section)Review and manage less complex misconduct reports, AAF applications, statutory reports, and enquiriesEscalate issues where regulatory risk is identifiedCommunicate with the public and regulated entities on straightforward mattersShare knowledge to support team developmentMaintain and accurately update internal databasesAbout YouCompletion of high school or secondary education, with a certificate or diploma.Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.Proven ability to accurately follow established procedures and processes within set timeframes.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
