This subsequently means our tenders are focused on quality, not quantity. The role will see you working closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects up to 40 million in value.Roles And ResponsibilitiesProof-read content provided by technical staffCompile and write persuasive non price content tailored to individual submission documents and strategiesSubmit proposals online and/or hardcopy by submission deadlinesAssist with post-tender clarificationsUpdate marketing material to support submission requirementsLiaise with a variety of team members with varying degrees of input throughout a tender processContribute and support tender process with submission allocationsEngage in continual improvement of tender processesSkills and QualificationsExperience in graphic design, 3D design, styling and brand awareness (InDesign / Adobe suite will be highly regarded)Exposure to a variety of detailed construction tender functions is advantageousAnalytical and strong attention to detailAdvanced administrative skills and formatting across different platformsPreparation and presentation of applicable supporting documents and non-technical sectionsStrong communication and written skillsShoreXtra PerksDay 1 HMO CoverageDayshift scheduleFixed Weekends offGame loungeEngaging monthly activitiesFree and unlimited barista-style coffeeFree parking and shuttle servicesEmployee referral incentives (Silver) #J-18808-Ljbffr
