Reporting to the NT Operations Supervisor, your role will involve servicing customer sites focusing on HVAC Automation and Controls, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize downtime through exceptional technical support.ResponsibilitiesService, maintain, and commission Honeywell and third-party equipment according to your trade expertise.Perform daily servicing, calibrations, maintenance, diagnosis, repairs, basic programming, and commissioning.Navigate and interrogate BMS interfaces.Prepare quotes for labor, materials, and costs.Ensure customer satisfaction through direct communication with clients and service recipients.Monitor, measure, and report on performance indicators and service objectives.Deliver value to Honeywell clients and customers.Report near misses, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.Conduct hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policies.QualificationsExperience with BMS HVAC systems and controls.Basic electrical knowledge, including diagrams and switching.Understanding of instrumentation devices and control applications.Commitment to customer satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Ability to work under pressure.Strong focus on safety and maintaining a safe work environment.Who We AreHoneywell''s legacy of innovation spans over 100 years, from aerospace to healthcare, continuously investing in our people.
