The Bagging Machine Supervisor will maintain accurate records and comply with business requirements, including Workplace Health and Safety obligations.Bagging Machine Supervisor position available in Tully, Far North Queensland, for a family farming business that has been in operation for 75 years - Mackays Bananas.There are 10 positions available.This position is classified as Level 5 under the Horticulture Award 2020. All positions have on job training andpotential for upskilling. The positions available are on Banana farms and the duties will include but are not limited to the following: Manage and carry out the farm bagging program Record keeping Provide training, instruction and supervise the team Participate in training and workshops Ensure machines and equipment are operated safely and maintained as per schedule Report any machine or equipment faults As well as any ad hoc duties within the competency of the employeeStart Date: Looking for employees to start from June 2025, for approximately 9 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
